"My joints degenerating, arthritis setting in, and chronic pain are just wear and tear I must manage now."
How it sounds in your head: Getting out of bed hurts. Your knees sound like gravel when you squat. The X-rays show bone-on-bone; the doctor wants to schedule surgery. Your father couldn't walk at 70—you're heading there. Time to learn to live with pain.
"If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you."
-- Exodus 15:26Medical system: accepting curse symptoms as normal; enemy: premature aging stealing active years; religion: 'God's teaching you patience through suffering.'
The pain is REAL—it wakes you at night, limits what you can do, makes you feel older than you are. Imaging confirms structural damage. Every older man you know has something—shoulder, hip, back, knee.
Bent over for 18 YEARS, couldn't straighten up—structural deformity, chronic condition. Jesus spoke one word; IMMEDIATELY she was made straight and glorified God. No process, no physical therapy—instant structural restoration.
I REFUSE the lie that joint degeneration is unavoidable aging. IT IS WRITTEN in Exodus 15:26: 'I am the LORD who heals you'—not the Lord who manages your decline. Under the BARAK blessing of Abraham, even my skeletal system is protected and restored. Christ redeemed me from the curse of arthritis and pain—I walk in the blessing of joints that function like new. IT IS WRITTEN in Isaiah 40:31 that those who wait on the Lord renew their strength and walk without fainting. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit—He maintains His dwelling. I am connected to the Vine; structural integrity is automatic fruit.
The Father isn't waiting for you to accept pain management—He's running with the oil of healing while you're still believing the X-ray over His Word. He's throwing a party for joints made new, cartilage restored, not a support group for chronic suffering.
