"Getting tired easily at my age means I'll be exhausted by the time I'm 30."
How it sounds in your head: I'm supposed to have energy now but I'm always tired. I hear adults say 'just wait, it gets worse' and 'I wish I had your energy' but I don't even have energy NOW. If I'm tired at 14, I'm doomed.
"But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
-- Isaiah 40:31Generational curse: adults speaking exhaustion over next generation + enemy stealing vitality early.
She's tired from school, hormones, stress, poor sleep from phones, and adults keep telling her youth = energy, so her fatigue feels abnormal and predictive of worse to come.
Elijah was so exhausted he wanted to die, lying under a tree in complete burnout. An angel touched him, he ate supernatural food, and he went 40 DAYS on the strength of that one meal—walked to Horeb without weariness. Instant supernatural energy replaced total depletion.
I REFUSE the lie that current fatigue predicts lifelong exhaustion. IT IS WRITTEN: Isaiah 40:31—I wait on the Lord and RENEW strength like an eagle; I run and am NOT weary. I am a branch abiding in the Vine, and energy flows TO me, not FROM me. IT IS WRITTEN: Philippians 4:13—I can do all things through Christ who STRENGTHENS me. The BARAK blessing includes strength in every season. My youth is renewed like the eagle's (Psalm 103:5). I receive supernatural energy NOW.
Your Father doesn't measure your exhaustion and plan a lifetime of tiredness for you. He's the God who gave Elijah 40-day strength from one meal, and He runs toward you with that same resurrection power right this moment, not after you've rested enough or proved worthy.
