"My health issues are God teaching me something I need to learn."
How it sounds in your head: Your body is breaking down in ways that limit your life—joints ache, energy is gone, prescriptions multiply—and well-meaning friends say God is teaching you patience, or refining you, or slowing you down for a reason. You've started believing that healing would mean you'd miss the lesson, so you're trying to figure out what God wants you to learn so the pain can stop.

-- Acts 10:38Religion makes God the author of sickness, directly contradicting Jesus who healed ALL who came to Him and said sickness comes from the enemy.
The pain is relentless and has lasted so long that it must mean something—random suffering feels unbearable, so assigning it divine purpose makes it feel more tolerable. If God caused it, at least there's meaning.
She suffered for twelve years, spent everything on doctors who made her worse, and was ceremonially unclean and isolated. Jesus didn't ask what she needed to learn—He healed her IMMEDIATELY when she touched Him and called her 'Daughter.'
I REFUSE the lie that God authored my sickness to teach me something. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus healed ALL who were oppressed by the devil—sickness is the devil's work, not God's teaching tool. By His stripes I WAS healed—past tense, finished work. The woman with the issue of blood wasn't told to learn patience through twelve more years of bleeding—she was IMMEDIATELY healed and called 'Daughter.' IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil, and sickness is the devil's work. I don't earn healing by learning lessons—I RECEIVE healing because I'm connected to the Vine, and health flows naturally from the Life inside me.
The Father isn't withholding healing until you've learned enough—He's running toward you with the same power that raised Christ from the dead, eager to flood your body with LIFE. Like the father restoring the prodigal instantly, He doesn't make you prove anything before touching you with healing.
