"My generation is just wired for insomnia, screens destroyed our brains"
How it sounds in your head: Everyone your age has messed up sleep. It's the phones, the blue light, the constant stimulation. Your brain has been rewired by technology and you're part of the damaged generation. It's just how it is now.
"Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
-- 1 Corinthians 6:19-20World system agreement that technology has permanent power over God's design
Every article, every study, every adult says screens are ruining your generation's sleep. All your friends have the same problem. It's documented science that blue light destroys sleep cycles. This isn't spiritual, it's neurological damage.
They were thrown into a furnace heated SEVEN TIMES HOTTER than normal—should have been incinerated instantly. They walked out without even the SMELL of smoke on them—the fire had ZERO effect because of covenant protection.
I REFUSE the lie that my generation is permanently damaged. IT IS WRITTEN that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and He has final authority over my brain chemistry, not screens. The BARAK blessing over me includes protection from every curse the world pronounces over my generation. IT IS WRITTEN that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and that includes blue light and technology. I am redeemed from the curse—and generational sleep problems are part of that curse. My brain submits to the Holy Spirit, not to statistics. My Father runs toward me with restoration that defies every study and article written about my generation.
The Father isn't intimidated by blue light studies. He's running toward you with the same protection that kept three guys from even SMELLING like smoke in an inferno. What should destroy you has NO POWER because of covenant.
