Jacob's sons Simeon and Levi MURDERED an entire city—Shechem—through deception, bringing guilt on the family. Jacob feared retaliation and destruction. God's response: 'The TERROR OF GOD was upon the cities around them, and they did not pursue'—God protected MURDERERS' descendants because of covenant.
I REFUSE the lie that my financial mistakes have cursed my children. IT IS WRITTEN that Christ has redeemed us from the curse, and the blessing of Abraham is on my household. Jacob's sons were MURDERERS and God still protected them with supernatural terror on their enemies—how much more does the BLOOD OF JESUS cover my children? IT IS WRITTEN that my children are blessed, they are mighty on earth, and they are the seed of the righteous. The BARAK blessing protects generations, and my children walk in favor NOT because of my perfect stewardship but because of COVENANT. My Father is the God who provides for widows' children and makes sure Elijah's supply never runs out. My children's future is SECURED by HIS PROMISE.
Your Father isn't withholding from your children because of your past—He's the God who protected murderers' kids under the old covenant, and you're under a BETTER covenant sealed in Jesus' blood. Your children are blessed because they're YOURS, and you're HIS.
