How it sounds in your head: We never catch a break. My dad tried to start a business and it failed. My uncle invested and lost everything. Why would I be any different? We're just cursed with bad luck.

She's watched family members try and fail repeatedly, and the enemy uses confirmation bias to highlight every failure while erasing every success. Calling it 'bad luck' gives the enemy credit for what Christ already defeated.
Sold into slavery by his brothers, falsely accused of rape, thrown in prison for YEARS—everything 'went wrong.' Yet Scripture says 'the Lord WAS with Joseph, and he was a SUCCESSFUL man' and 'whatever he did, the Lord made it PROSPER.' The blessing operated THROUGH the adversity, not after it.
I REFUSE the lie that my family is cursed with bad luck and failure. IT IS WRITTEN that I am the HEAD and not the tail, ABOVE ONLY and not beneath. I am Abraham's seed, an heir according to promise, and everything I put my hand to PROSPERS (Psalm 1:3). The Lord COMMANDS the blessing on my storehouses, on my endeavors, on my dreams. I do not have 'bad luck'—I have the FAVOR of God, and His favor is my shield and my reward.
Your Father doesn't see a cursed family—He sees a daughter under the barak blessing where EVERYTHING you touch prospers because HE is with you. While the enemy catalogs your family's failures, your Father is running toward you with the family ring that gives you AUTHORITY to succeed, celebrating that you're a daughter of the KING, and His daughters don't have 'bad luck,' they have divine FAVOR.
