"My contributions get attributed to others. I do the work but someone else gets the credit."
How it sounds in your head: You wrote that proposal and your boss presented it as his idea. You explained it to your classmate and he said it in class to applause. You're behind the scenes while others are on stage with your ideas.
"Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger, and not your own lips."

This has happened multiple documented times - your work, their name on it. Your idea in the meeting that got ignored until the senior person repeated it. Your creative concept executed by someone else who got the recognition.

I REFUSE the lie that my contributions will be stolen without recognition. IT IS WRITTEN that promotion comes from the Lord, not from me fighting for credit. The BARAK blessing means even when I'm overlooked, I'm being positioned like Joseph for sudden elevation. My work is not wasted - it's SEED that will produce a harvest with my name on it.
The Father sees every hidden hour, every stolen idea, every uncredited contribution - and He's keeping score differently than humans do. He's about to have someone proclaim your worth in a room that matters, and no one will be able to take credit for what He's doing through you.
