Growth spurts literally drain physical resources, and if you're not eating enough for rapid growth, you FEEL empty. The physical sensation of depletion makes the spiritual lie seem medically true.
Elijah was so drained he wanted to DIE, lying under a tree in total burnout. An angel touched him, gave him cake and water, and he instantly had strength to travel 40 days on that ONE MEAL.
I REFUSE the lie that my tank is empty. IT IS WRITTEN that God satisfies my mouth with good things and my youth is renewed like the eagle's—not slowly, but INSTANTLY with new strength. I am NOT running on my own power. The oil of Heaven never runs dry, and I'm connected to an INFINITE source. IT IS WRITTEN in Philippians 4:13 that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me—and He's strengthening me RIGHT NOW. My energy doesn't come from sleep or food alone; it comes from the LIFE of God Himself flowing through me.
Your Father doesn't see an empty battery that needs slow recharging. He sees His son, and He's already FILLED you with resurrection life—you're just agreeing with the lie that it's not there yet.
