THE LIE Pain as Permanent
"I've tried everything and nothing works. My body just doesn't respond to healing."

How it sounds in your head: I've been prayed for dozens of times. I've tried medications, natural remedies, every healing ministry that comes through. At some point I have to accept that my body is the exception. Maybe healing isn't for everyone, and I'm one of the unlucky ones.

IT IS WRITTEN Numbers 23:19

"God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?"

Enemy whispers: You're the exception; healing isn't for you. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Numbers 23:19 - God is not a man that He should lie. Has He said and will He not do? He SAID by His stripes we ARE healed. Your experience doesn't override His Word. IT IS WRITTEN in Malachi 3:6 'I am the Lord, I do not change.' If He healed then, He heals now. There are no exceptions in covenant - Jesus bore ALL our sicknesses, not some. Your body isn't the exception; it's subject to the same finished work that raised Jesus from death.
Quick Truth: LIE: Nothing works for me. TRUTH: God doesn't lie; has He said and will He not do? (Num 23:19). No exceptions in covenant.
WHERE THIS LIE COMES FROM

Source: Experience-based reasoning that elevates past disappointments above covenant promises, combined with enemy whispering that her case is somehow outside the scope of Jesus' finished work.

Why this feels true:

She has genuine history of prayers that didn't manifest immediate results and treatments that failed, creating experiential 'evidence' that her case is different. Watching others receive healing while she continues hurting makes her feel like the exception to God's promises.

She had suffered many things from many physicians, spent ALL she had, and instead of getting better grew WORSE - the ultimate 'nothing works' case. Yet when she touched Jesus' garment, she was healed IMMEDIATELY, proving that past failure doesn't predict covenant outcome.

I REFUSE the lie that I'm the exception to healing. IT IS WRITTEN that God is not a man that He should lie - He said by His stripes I AM healed, and He cannot fail. Past disappointments don't change present covenant. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, subject to resurrection power RIGHT NOW. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus Himself took my infirmities and bore my sicknesses - ALL of them, not some. I am Abraham's seed through Christ, and the BARAK blessing that protected and provided even for covenant breakers protects and heals me. There are no exceptions in the finished work of the cross.

THE GRACE REVEALED
But God actually:

The Father isn't saying 'Well, we tried' and walking away - He's running toward you with healing that cannot fail because it's based on Jesus' finished work, not on past attempts. The prodigal's restoration wasn't diminished by his past failures; the father was watching and waiting to restore completely.
