"I've sinned in ministry and disqualified myself. God can't use me anymore."
How it sounds in your head: You know the things you've done that no one else knows. The compromises, the hidden sin, the failures that would destroy your ministry if they came out. You've disqualified yourself and you're a fraud standing in the pulpit.
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
-- 1 John 1:9Religion taught disqualification instead of redemption. Enemy uses hidden sin as leverage to silence you instead of driving you to the blood that cleanses ALL sin.
The secret sins are real and the guilt is crushing. You've preached holiness while hiding failure. At this age, the weight of decades of hidden compromise feels too heavy to confess and too disqualifying to overcome.
Peter denied Jesus three times publicly and disqualified himself. Jesus restored him with three questions by the fire and commissioned him to feed His sheep. Peter went from denier to foundation of the church INSTANTLY at restoration.
I REFUSE the lie that sin has disqualified me or that God can't use me anymore. IT IS WRITTEN if I confess, He is FAITHFUL and JUST to forgive and cleanse from ALL unrighteousness. IT IS WRITTEN there is NO CONDEMNATION for those in Christ Jesus. I am the righteousness of God in Christ - not by my performance but by His blood. David committed adultery and murder and was restored. Peter denied Jesus and became the rock. The BARAK protected Abraham when he lied and Jacob when he deceived. I confess every hidden sin now and receive INSTANT cleansing by the blood. I am qualified by His blood, not disqualified by my failure. I declare restoration NOW and the accuser is silenced by the blood.
The Father is running toward you like the prodigal's father, ready to embrace you while you STILL SMELL like the pig pen. He's not waiting for you to clean up - He's bringing the robe and ring while you're still rehearsing your confession. The blood covers what religion says disqualifies.
