"I've poured out for decades and now I'm empty with nothing left to give anyone."
How it sounds in your head: You've given your whole life to ministry. Now you're depleted and dry. The well is empty and you have nothing more to offer God or His people. You're used up.
"He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
-- Isaiah 40:29-31Enemy whisper exploiting exhaustion to steal identity—making worth equal output instead of position in Christ.
Your body is tired, friends are passing away, and you genuinely feel physically and emotionally depleted after years of service. The energy you once had for ministry isn't there anymore, making emptiness feel like your permanent reality.
Elijah was so depleted after ministry he asked God to let him die, collapsed under a tree in total burnout. An angel woke him with food, he ate and slept, and that ONE MEAL gave him strength to travel 40 days—instant supernatural renewal replaced complete exhaustion.
I REFUSE the lie that I am empty and depleted beyond recovery. IT IS WRITTEN that He gives power to the weak and increases strength to those who have no might. I am NOT a dried-up well—I am a BRANCH attached to the infinite Vine, and His life flows through me whether I feel it or not. IT IS WRITTEN that those who wait on the Lord SHALL RENEW their strength. I declare the BARAK blessing of Abraham is mine through Christ—the blessing that PROTECTED and PROVIDED even when Abraham was exhausted and afraid. I am FILLED with the fullness of God Himself, and His supply never runs dry.
The Father sees you exhausted under your tree and He's not disappointed—He's sending angels with FOOD. He's not asking you to conjure up more energy; He's offering you HIS strength that comes in your weakness, renewable and instant as you rest in Him.
