"I've only succeeded because no one has asked the right questions yet."
How it sounds in your head: I know the gaps in my knowledge. I've managed to avoid situations that would expose them, but eventually someone will probe deeper and discover I'm not as capable as they think.
"No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me, says the LORD."
-- Isaiah 54:17Enemy strategy of preemptive shame, creating fear of exposure to prevent you from walking in authority.
You're aware of what you don't know, and you've seen others get exposed or caught off-guard. The fear of that moment happening to you feels inevitable.
Daniel's enemies SEARCHED for charges against him and 'could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful.' When they tried to expose him, they found NOTHING—and God delivered him from lions. Those who tried to expose him were destroyed instead.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm one question away from exposure. IT IS WRITTEN that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises in judgment I shall condemn. My righteousness is FROM GOD, not from having all the answers. IT IS WRITTEN that if God is for me, who can be against me—and no accuser can bring a charge that sticks when God Himself justifies me. I am walking in the BARAK BLESSING where my enemies are defeated before me. Like Daniel whose accusers found nothing, I am PROTECTED by covenant, and any attempt to expose or shame me will FAIL because God is my defense.
The Father doesn't leave you vulnerable to exposure—He's your SHIELD and defender. Like Daniel whose enemies searched for charges and found nothing, you are covered by a Father who runs interference for you, not waiting for you to prove yourself worthy of protection.
