"I'm too young to have spiritual authority over the enemy"
How it sounds in your head: I hear adults talking about spiritual warfare but that's for grown-ups who know the Bible better. I'm just a kid—demons don't have to listen to me. I need to wait until I'm older and more spiritual.
"I have written to you, young people, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the wicked one."
-- 1 John 2:14Enemy weaponizing age to disqualify her before she discovers her power in Christ
Every authority structure in her life (school, home, church) reinforces that kids don't have power—they obey power. She's never seen young people cast out demons or take authority, so it feels like a adults-only thing.
David was a teenager when he faced Goliath—everyone said he was too young, too small, too inexperienced. He killed the giant with one stone and cut off his head, while trained soldiers cowered in fear.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm too young for spiritual authority. IT IS WRITTEN that young people are STRONG and have OVERCOME the wicked one. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in ME—not in 'future me' but in ME RIGHT NOW. IT IS WRITTEN that greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I am Abraham's seed, an heir according to the promise, and the BARAK blessing is mine by covenant, not by age. The enemy trembles at a teenage girl who knows who she is in Christ. I take authority NOW.
The Father isn't waiting for you to grow up before He gives you authority—He placed the same Spirit in you that He placed in apostles and prophets. You're not a junior Christian with junior power; you're a full daughter with full access, and the enemy knows it.
