"I'm too young for God to trust me with provision breakthrough."
How it sounds in your head: Adults say 'wait until you're older' about everything. God probably only does big miracles for grown-ups who've proven themselves. I'm just a kid - I have to wait my turn.
"Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity."
-- 1 Timothy 4:12Source: Religious system that bases God's movement on age/maturity rather than covenant position in Christ.
Every area of his life has age restrictions and adult gatekeepers. It seems logical that God's provision operates the same way.
He was a TEENAGER when he faced Goliath - too young for armor, dismissed by adults, mocked by his brothers. One stone, one moment, and he went from shepherd boy to national hero with instant promotion and provision beyond imagination.
I REFUSE the lie that my age disqualifies me from breakthrough. IT IS WRITTEN that no one should despise my youth - I am an example of faith RIGHT NOW. David was a teen when he killed Goliath. Samuel was a child when God spoke to him. The blessing of Abraham is on me TODAY, not when I turn 25. IT IS WRITTEN that God is no respecter of persons - His provision doesn't have age requirements. I am in covenant NOW, blessed NOW, positioned for breakthrough NOW. My youth is not a limitation but a testimony of God's faithfulness to His covenant regardless of age.
Father isn't making you wait until you're 'old enough' - He's running toward you RIGHT NOW with breakthrough in His hands. The fattened calf isn't aging in the pen until your 18th birthday; it's being prepared for THIS MOMENT because you're His son today.
