"I'm too broken from my childhood to ever have a healthy family myself"

How it sounds in your head: I've seen so much dysfunction—yelling, coldness, chaos. I don't even know what healthy looks like. I'll probably just repeat the cycle and hurt my own kids someday. The damage is already done.

Enemy whispers: You're too broken, you'll repeat the cycle. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: 2 Corinthians 5:17 - 'If anyone is in Christ, he is a NEW CREATION; old things PASSED AWAY; all things have become NEW.' Not 'slowly becoming new'—HAVE BECOME new. You're not a damaged version of your parents—you're a BRAND NEW creation. The cycle is BROKEN at the cross. You are NOT destined to repeat their patterns.

I am the HEAD not the tail, a cycle-BREAKER, not a cycle-REPEATER!
