"I'm possessed by demons because of the darkness I feel inside me"
How it sounds in your head: Sometimes I feel like something evil controls me. The rage, the sexual thoughts, the dark urges—maybe I've opened a door I can't close. What if I'm too far gone?
"Christ in you, the hope of glory"

His emotional intensity and intrusive thoughts feel foreign and uncontrollable. Youth pastors talk about 'opening doors' to demons, making him terrified he's been invaded.
A man so demon-possessed he lived naked in tombs, cutting himself with stones, breaking chains—utterly controlled by legion demons. Jesus spoke ONE word and instantly every demon fled; the man sat clothed and in his right mind immediately.
I REFUSE the lie that demons possess or control me. IT IS WRITTEN: 'Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world' (1 John 4:4). Christ LIVES in me—there is no room for demons in His temple. My spirit is SEALED with the Holy Spirit of promise. IT IS WRITTEN: 'The Son of God was manifested to destroy the works of the devil' (1 John 3:8). Every dark thought submits to the name of Jesus. I am not oppressed—I am POSSESSED by the Spirit of the living God. The BARAK blessing of Abraham is mine through Christ—I am protected, defended, and kept by His power.
Father runs toward you while you're still afraid of the darkness, wrapping you in His arms of light. He's not waiting for you to cast out demons—He's already made you His dwelling place, flooding you with His glory.
