"I'm not strong enough yet to lead. I need to wait until I'm bigger and older."
How it sounds in your head: Leaders are big, strong adults. You're still small. You can't protect anyone or make real decisions. Wait until you're a man.
"Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of hosts."
-- Zechariah 4:6World lie that leadership requires physical size and age rather than divine calling.
He's smaller than most kids his age and gets picked last for teams. Adults make all the real decisions and he just follows orders.
Gideon called himself the least in his family from the weakest clan in Israel, yet God called him a 'mighty man of valor.' He defeated an entire army with 300 men IMMEDIATELY—strength came from connection, not size.
I REFUSE the lie that leadership requires physical size or age. IT IS WRITTEN that it's not by might nor by power, but by His Spirit. I am not waiting to be bigger or older—I am a mighty man of valor RIGHT NOW because God said so. IT IS WRITTEN that God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. I am the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath because of the BARAK blessing. My strength is in my CONNECTION to the Vine, not my biceps.
The Father isn't measuring your muscles or counting your birthdays—He's looking at your YES. He called you a leader before you could walk, and He's backing that call with heaven's resources TODAY.
