"I'm not smart or educated enough to contribute anything significant."
How it sounds in your head: I look around at people with advanced degrees, impressive credentials, published work, and I feel like a fraud in conversations. I didn't finish that degree, didn't pursue that certification, don't have the intellectual firepower to matter in meaningful ways. My thoughts aren't valuable.
"But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty."
-- 1 Corinthians 1:27World system that equates intelligence with formal education and dismisses wisdom outside academia.
She's in rooms where credentials are displayed and referenced, and she feels the gap between her education level and others'. Every intellectual conversation feels like exposure of what she doesn't know.
Not a prophet or son of a prophet—just a shepherd and fig farmer with zero formal training—God pulled him from the fields and made him a prophetic voice to nations. His book is in Scripture forever, not because of education but because God CHOSE him.
I REFUSE the lie that credentials determine my worth or contribution. IT IS WRITTEN that God CHOOSES the foolish things to shame the wise—my lack of degrees is not disqualification but His chosen strategy. I have the MIND OF CHRIST and wisdom from above that surpasses earthly knowledge. IT IS WRITTEN that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and I walk in that. I carry the blessing of Abraham who had no formal education but became father of nations through covenant. My voice MATTERS because God gave it.
The Father isn't waiting for you to earn credentials—He's chosen you AS YOU ARE to carry His wisdom. Like Amos the farmer becoming a prophet to nations, God qualifies you by choosing you, not by your resume.
