You see the guys girls follow on Instagram. You compare your body to theirs. You have acne or you're short or skinny or overweight. The mirror feels like daily evidence that you don't measure up.
Esther was an orphaned Jewish girl in a foreign land with no status or pedigree. The king searched the entire kingdom for the most beautiful women. Esther found FAVOR above them all—'the king loved Esther more than all the other women.' Favor trumps appearance every time.
I REFUSE the lie that my appearance disqualifies me from love. IT IS WRITTEN: God does not see as man sees. He looks at the HEART, and my heart is His dwelling place. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. IT IS WRITTEN: I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. The BARAK that gave favor to orphaned Esther is ON ME. Supernatural favor makes me attractive beyond physical standards. I receive divine favor NOW.
