"I'll never measure up to what a real man should be."
How it sounds in your head: You're not strong enough, confident enough, successful enough, spiritual enough. Real men don't struggle like you do. Real men have their marriages thriving, their finances handled, their emotions controlled. You're a fraud just holding it together on the outside.
"and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power."

I REFUSE the lie that I'll never measure up. IT IS WRITTEN that I am COMPLETE in Christ, who is the head of all principality and power. I am not defined by cultural standards or comparison to other men—I am defined by Christ IN me, the hope of glory. IT IS WRITTEN that I am the righteousness of God IN CHRIST. I don't measure up to Jesus—I am SEATED with Him in heavenly places. I am a new creation—old things passed away, ALL things became new. I am God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus. The BARAK blessing is mine by covenant.
The Father doesn't compare you to other men or cultural ideals—He sees you IN CHRIST. Like the father who clothed the prodigal in the BEST ROBE (not the servant's robe he requested), God has clothed you in the righteousness of Christ, complete and approved.
