Malachi 3 promises seem conditional on bringing tithes. Your inconsistency appears to void the blessing. Cause and effect seems clear.
Was 'very rich in livestock, silver and gold' BEFORE the tithe was instituted, AFTER he'd lied to Pharaoh. His wealth wasn't based on tithing performance—it was based on God's covenant promise made when he believed.

Your Father isn't withholding because of missed tithes. He's the one who gave when you COULDN'T give—His generosity toward you isn't performance-based, and neither is His provision.
