"If I had enough faith, God would heal me without needing doctors or medicine."
How it sounds in your head: I see miracle testimonies at conferences where people throw away their meds. Why hasn't that happened to me? Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Maybe there's secret sin blocking my healing. I feel like a second-class Christian every time I refill my prescription.
"Luke the beloved physician and Demas greet you."

She's watched healing evangelists imply that continued sickness reveals hidden unbelief. Her own persistent need for treatment feels like a report card showing she failed the faith test.
Paul told Timothy to stop drinking only water and 'use a little wine for your stomach and your frequent infirmities.' Paul didn't say 'just have more faith' - he prescribed medicine for ongoing health issues.
I REFUSE the lie that doctors are Plan B for failed faith. IT IS WRITTEN that Paul kept a physician on his ministry team and prescribed medicine to Timothy for chronic illness. My need for medical care is NOT evidence of spiritual deficiency. I am completely righteous in Christ whether I take medicine or not. IT IS WRITTEN that there is NO condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. My Father provides healing through supernatural miracles AND through skilled physicians, and both are equally His provision. I receive both without shame.
Your Father is running toward you saying 'I gave you doctors AND miracles - why are you rejecting half my gifts?' He's celebrating every step toward wellness, whether through prescriptions or prayer, because He wants you WHOLE, not proving yourself.
