"If I force this now, at least I'll live to see something happen."
How it sounds in your head: You can't afford to wait for God's perfect timing—you might not have months, let alone years. Take control while you still can. Do something, anything, before it's too late.
"Also it is not good for a soul to be without knowledge, and he sins who hastens with his feet."
-- Proverbs 19:2Enemy pressure that limited time justifies operating in flesh rather than trusting Spirit.
Obituaries of men his age fill the paper weekly. Every shortness of breath feels like a countdown. Waiting feels like guaranteed failure.
At 40, Moses forced deliverance by killing the Egyptian—ended up fleeing for his life to 40 years in the desert. At 80, God brought the REAL deliverance with signs, wonders, and the spoils of Egypt. The forced version failed; God's timing brought nation-shaking breakthrough.
I REFUSE the lie that my timeline pressures God's hand. IT IS WRITTEN that he who believes will not act hastily. My limited years do not limit God's unlimited power to move suddenly. IT IS WRITTEN that those who wait on the Lord renew their strength. I reject Ishmael solutions born of panic. The BARAK blessing operates in God's perfect timing, which may be TODAY but never requires my fleshly forcing. I rest in His faithfulness.
The Father sees your urgency and whispers, 'Son, I'm not slow—I'm precise. Trust Me one more day.' He's positioning pieces you can't see, and your forced solution would abort the miracle that's already in motion. He's RUNNING toward you with the breakthrough, not stalling.
