"I wasted my prime years in sin—God's best plans passed me by permanently."
How it sounds in your head: There was a window when God could have used you powerfully, but you were chasing money, women, success, pride. That window closed. You get the consolation prize now—existence, not purpose. God's Plan A died with your obedience.
"For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable."
-- Romans 11:29Source: Enemy lie that God's purposes operate on YOUR timeline and can expire, rather than Him working 'all things together for good' regardless of when you turn.
He can point to specific years—the 30s when he should have been building spiritual legacy, the 40s wasted in selfish ambition, the 50s recovering from consequences. The math seems irreversible.
Moses was 80 years old when God called him to his GREATEST work—delivering Israel. He'd spent 40 years as a murderer on the run, herding sheep in obscurity. God didn't say 'too late' or 'you missed it'—He said 'NOW is the time' and gave him 40 years of supernatural ministry.
I REFUSE the lie that I missed God's best. IT IS WRITTEN that God's calling is IRREVOCABLE—it doesn't expire with my obedience timeline. The same God who used Moses at 80 after 40 wasted years is using ME now. IT IS WRITTEN that God works ALL THINGS together for good—even wasted decades. The BARAK blessing doesn't have an expiration date. Like the prodigal, I'm received with FULL sonship the moment I turn, not diminished status for being late. My PRIME is NOW.
The Father isn't consulting the calendar saying 'if only you'd come sooner.' He's killing the fattened calf TODAY—full celebration, full restoration, full purpose. Moses' greatest impact came AFTER 80, not before.
