"I wasted my beauty and body in my youth so I can't be used now"
How it sounds in your head: You gave your body away cheaply in your twenties and thirties. All those men, all those regrets. Now you're 74, and that body is gone anyway—sagging, scarred, used up. You can't get those years back, can't undo what you did with what you had.
"You are all fair, my love, and there is no spot in you"
-- Song of Solomon 4:7Source: The enemy weaponizes youth regrets to convince you your offering is worthless now
You remember exactly how you used your body then, and you see exactly what it looks like now. The math feels cruel—you wasted it when you had it, and now it's gone.
Mary Magdalene had seven demons cast out of her—a past filled with spiritual adultery and likely physical prostitution. Yet Jesus chose HER to be the first witness of the resurrection, the first to preach 'He is risen!' Her entire past was INSTANTLY erased—she went from possessed to proclaimer in one encounter.
I REFUSE the lie that I wasted my body in my youth. IT IS WRITTEN that I am ALL FAIR and there is NO SPOT in me—not 'I was fair before I messed up,' but I AM fair NOW. I am a new creation; old things PASSED AWAY. The blood of Jesus washed away every sexual sin, every regret, every way I misused this temple. IT IS WRITTEN that my body is the TEMPLE of the Holy Spirit, and He doesn't dwell in condemned ruins—He dwells in HOLY GROUND. At 74, I am not used up; I am purified, spotless, presented as a virgin to Christ. My value was never in my youth or my appearance—it's in HIS blood. I am ALL FAIR.
The Father doesn't see a body you wasted—He sees a temple He purified with the most precious blood in the universe. While you're rehearsing every regret, He's declaring over you 'NO SPOT, ALL FAIR,' running toward you with the bridal veil of righteousness, seeing you as virgin-pure because that's what His Son's blood bought.
