"I used to get asked for advice, invited to participate. Now they just make decisions without me."
How it sounds in your head: My adult kids make major life choices and tell me after the fact. Work meetings happen and I'm not on the email chain. Church plans events without consulting me. I went from involved to informed—if they remember to tell me at all.
"Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, 'This is the way, walk in it,' whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left."
-- Isaiah 30:21Enemy using natural leadership transitions to make her interpret healthy boundaries or shifts as personal rejection.
Her kids ARE making independent decisions without her input, and roles at work or church HAVE shifted to include others, which feels like being pushed out even when it's appropriate development.
Mordecai went from sitting invisibly at the gate, excluded from royal decisions, to becoming SECOND in command to the king—speaking directly into policies that affected entire nations. His initial invisibility wasn't his final position; it was his preparation for access he couldn't have imagined.
I REFUSE the lie that being excluded from others' decisions diminishes my value or voice. IT IS WRITTEN that MY ears will hear God's voice behind me, guiding MY steps—I don't need their meetings when I have His whispers. Mordecai sat invisible at the gate and ended up SECOND to the king, with influence over nations. Being left out of small conversations is preparation for being brought INTO rooms where my voice shifts territories. IT IS WRITTEN that God gives me divine counsel—His voice is clearer than any committee. I am under the BARAK blessing—I have ACCESS to the King of Kings, and the counsel I carry from His presence will open doors people can't close.
The Father isn't removing you from influence—He's upgrading your access from human decisions to divine strategies that bypass earthly limitations entirely. He's running toward you with wisdom that makes committees irrelevant and insight that changes outcomes before meetings happen.
