"I shouldn't exist; the world would be better off without me."
How it sounds in your head: You do the math—calculate how much easier everyone's life would be if you just weren't here. The emotional labor, the space you take up, the resources you consume. It's not dramatic; it's logical. Subtraction would equal relief.
"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."

Depression has given her the cold calculus—she's tallied the ways people would benefit from her non-existence. The lie feels like selfless consideration rather than spiritual attack.
Mephibosheth was crippled, hiding in Lo Debar (place of no pasture), convinced he was worthless—'a dead dog.' King David sought him out, instantly restored all Saul's land to him, gave him permanent place at the king's table, and provision for life—the one who thought he shouldn't exist became royalty at the table.
I REFUSE the lie that I shouldn't exist or that the world would be better without me. IT IS WRITTEN that I am God's workmanship, created for specific good works He prepared in advance. My life is not accidental—it is ASSIGNED. The Father has tasks with my name on them that cannot be completed without me. IT IS WRITTEN in John 10:10 that Jesus came to give me ABUNDANT life, not to erase me. I carry the barak blessing—my presence releases Heaven's favor. The king has called me to His table. I am not a dead dog; I am ROYALTY in Christ.
The Father isn't calculating how much easier things would be without you—He's running toward you with land deeds and table settings. You're not the problem He's solving; you're the beloved He's seating at His table permanently.
