"I participated in a séance and now I can't be sure what's God's voice and what's demonic."
How it sounds in your head: I'm ninety-five and every time I think I hear God, I second-guess whether it's really Him or something dark pretending. That séance contaminated my ability to recognize His voice. How do I know what's clean anymore?
"My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me."
-- John 10:27Enemy strategy to make her doubt every divine whisper by convincing her the séance permanently compromised her spiritual reception.
Decades of second-guessing have created a habit of doubt that feels like spiritual fact. The séance is a convenient explanation for why she struggles with confidence in hearing God - something many believers struggle with regardless of occult history.
Balaam was a pagan diviner who practiced occult arts for money, yet God spoke to him CLEARLY and REPEATEDLY - so clearly that Balaam couldn't curse Israel even when paid to do so. If God could speak unmistakably to an ACTIVE occult practitioner, how much more clearly does He speak to His redeemed daughter?
I REFUSE the lie that a séance contaminated my ability to hear God's voice. IT IS WRITTEN: John 10:27 - I AM His sheep and I HEAR His voice, present tense, guaranteed. No séance can scramble the Good Shepherd's frequency. IT IS WRITTEN: 1 John 2:20 - I have an anointing from the Holy One and I KNOW all things. The Holy Spirit in me discerns clearly. Demons don't get to interfere with what Jesus promises. I hear my Father's voice with clarity and confidence. The BARAK blessing makes me spiritually sharp - the head and not the tail in discernment.
Your Father has been speaking to you clearly for decades, and the only thing the enemy accomplished with that séance lie is getting you to doubt what you were actually hearing correctly all along. God's not frustrated with your doubt - He's gently whispering, 'That WAS Me, daughter. It's always been Me. Trust what you hear.'
