You DID watch the scary movie, you DID mess with the Ouija board at the sleepover, you DID listen to that song. The teaching says those things 'opened doors,' and now the fear and nightmares seem like proof the devil has a foothold you can't remove.
This woman was caught IN THE ACT of adultery—undeniable, public sin that carried a death sentence. The Pharisees wanted to stone her legally. Jesus wrote in the dirt and they all left—then He said 'Neither do I condemn you. Go and sin no more.' Instant forgiveness, instant freedom, zero process—her sin gave the enemy NO lasting claim.
I REFUSE the lie that I opened a door the enemy can't be shut out of. IT IS WRITTEN that God has delivered me from the power of darkness and placed me in the KINGDOM of His Son. No sin I committed gave the devil 'legal rights' that the CROSS didn't cancel. IT IS WRITTEN that the blood of Jesus cleanses me from ALL unrighteousness. Every door is SHUT by the blood. I am not haunted by my past—I am FREED by His finished work. The enemy has NO claim, NO right, NO access. I am sealed, covered, protected.
The Father isn't waiting for you to figure out which door to close. He's showing you that Jesus ALREADY closed them all with His blood—there's no sin so big that the cross wasn't bigger. You're not living with open doors; you're living in a FORTRESS.
