"I need to be more patient because rushing God shows lack of faith."
How it sounds in your head: Godly people wait quietly and contentedly. Your desperation and urgency prove you don't really trust Him. If you had real faith, you'd be peaceful about the waiting.
"And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily."
-- Luke 18:7-8Religious lie equating desperation with doubt—opposite of persistent faith Jesus praised.
She's been taught that 'patience' means silent acceptance and that crying out urgently is somehow unspiritual. Meanwhile, her heart is screaming for breakthrough, but she's stuffing it down to appear 'faithful.'
Told to be QUIET by the crowd when he cried out for Jesus—they rebuked him for being too loud and desperate. Instead of 'patiently waiting,' he cried out even MORE, and Jesus STOPPED, called him over, and healed him INSTANTLY—his 'impatience' was called FAITH.
I REFUSE the lie that my urgency offends God or proves weak faith. IT IS WRITTEN that God's elect CRY OUT day and night to Him, and He avenges them SPEEDILY—desperate cries don't repel God; they MOVE Him. I am Abraham's seed, and the BARAK blessing responded even to their complaints and desperation in the wilderness. IT IS WRITTEN that the persistent widow's daily showing up was called FAITH, not doubt. My desperation isn't lack of trust—it's EXPECTATION. I cry out boldly because I know the Father RUNS toward those who call, and my 'impatience' is actually Holy Spirit-fueled anticipation.
The Father doesn't want you silently suffering to prove your faith—He wants you crying out boldly because you KNOW He's good and responds. Your desperation doesn't offend Him; it moves Him to run faster toward you with breakthrough.
