"I have no energy left because I've given everything away and there's nothing for me."
How it sounds in your head: You've poured yourself out for kids, husband, parents, work, church—and now you're empty. You're the last priority and always will be. There's nothing left for you because you don't matter enough.
"He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water."
-- John 7:38World + religion teaching women are cisterns (limited supply to pour out) instead of wells connected to Living Water (unlimited source).
Decades of putting everyone else first, saying yes when depleted, being the emotional backbone—and now she feels like a dry well with nothing left to draw from. The resentment and exhaustion feel like evidence.
She was down to her last meal, one handful of flour and drop of oil, prepared to eat and die. She gave it to Elijah FIRST—and the jar of flour was NOT used up and the jug of oil did NOT run dry for YEARS. Giving from supernatural supply doesn't deplete; it multiplies.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm empty because I've given too much. IT IS WRITTEN that out of my heart will flow RIVERS of living water—not trickles, not scarcity, but RIVERS. I am not a cistern with limited supply but a well connected to infinite Source. Every act of love flows THROUGH me from Him, and He never runs dry. IT IS WRITTEN that I am blessed coming in and going out, and the Lord commands blessing on my storehouses—including my emotional, physical, spiritual reserves. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead fills me, renews me, replenishes me from His inexhaustible abundance. I am a carrier of Living Water, and my connection to Him means I never run out. I receive supernatural refilling, divine replenishment, Holy Spirit overflow.
Father is running toward you with the robe that says 'beloved daughter,' not 'useful servant,' ready to feast you, restore you, celebrate you—not for what you give but for WHO YOU ARE. He's been preparing abundance for you, not crumbs.
