"I dropped out of college. God can't use uneducated failures in any significant way."
How it sounds in your head: Everyone else is graduating and you couldn't even finish. Your friends are getting careers and you're back at your parents' house. God uses educated, successful people - look at all the pastors with seminary degrees. You're unqualified and it's your own fault.
"But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are."
-- 1 Corinthians 1:27-28World system's lie that God's use of you requires credentials and degrees instead of His calling and anointing.
Society measures value by education level and earning potential. Watching peers graduate while you're stuck feels like proof you missed God's plan, and churches often elevate educated leaders over 'regular' people.
Amos had zero formal training - he was a shepherd and fig farmer with no prophetic pedigree. When challenged about his lack of credentials, he said 'I was no prophet, nor son of a prophet' but God SENT him anyway to prophesy to the entire nation, and his words are SCRIPTURE.
I REFUSE the lie that dropping out disqualified me from significant use. IT IS WRITTEN that God chooses the foolish and base things to shame the wise. My lack of degree is not a disqualification - it's God's deliberate choice to show His power needs no credentials. IT IS WRITTEN that Amos was just a farmer yet God sent him to prophesy to nations. I am called by God, not qualified by institutions. I am Abraham's seed, blessed and promoted by covenant, not by diplomas.
The Father doesn't check transcripts - He checks hearts. That dropout status the world says disqualifies you is exactly what God will use to prove His power works through the 'unqualified' so no flesh can boast.
