"I don't need organized religion—I can worship God on my own."
How it sounds in your head: You can pray in the woods. You can worship with music at home. You don't need the drama, the politics, the fake smiles. Your faith is personal. Between you and God. No middlemen, no buildings, no performances.
"And the eye cannot say to the hand, 'I have no need of you'; nor again the head to the feet, 'I have no need of you.'"
-- 1 Corinthians 12:21Enemy disguises isolation as independence, cutting you off from the very Body designed to carry you through this season's battles.
You have experienced genuine connection with God outside church walls—maybe more authentic than inside them. The organizational mess, the politics, the programs—it all feels like it gets between you and God rather than bringing you closer.
Elijah felt completely alone, convinced he was the only faithful one left, ready to quit. God instantly revealed there were 7,000 others who hadn't bowed to Baal—Elijah's isolation was a lie; God had preserved a massive remnant he couldn't see.
I REFUSE the lie that I don't need the Body of Christ. IT IS WRITTEN that the eye cannot say to the hand, 'I have no need of you.' I am not designed for isolation—I am designed for FAMILY. The Father is positioning authentic believers around me right now who will fight WITH me, not against me. IT IS WRITTEN in 1 Corinthians 12 that I am a VITAL part of the Body. I am the SEED OF ABRAHAM—blessed to be IN COMMUNITY, not isolated. I release independence and receive INTERDEPENDENCE. The Father is bringing my tribe NOW.
The Father sees your exhaustion with fake religion, and He's not asking you back into performance—He's inviting you into AUTHENTIC family where you can be fully known and fully loved. The tribe He's preparing will feel like coming home.
