"I don't have the body or health to do what I used to do."
How it sounds in your head: The weight won't come off like it used to. The joints ache. The doctor's adding medications. You can't work the hours, lift the weights, or push through like you did at 30. Your body feels like it's betraying you, and you wonder if this is just the slow decline until death.
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."
-- 3 John 1:2Enemy weaponizing natural aging process to steal identity and plant death expectation.
The mirror doesn't lie—the belly's bigger, the hairline's receding, the joints crack. Recovery takes longer, injuries linger, and every doctor visit adds another 'you should probably stop doing that.' The physical evidence feels irrefutable.
Naaman had leprosy—an incurable, progressive, fatal disease. After seven dips in the Jordan his flesh was restored 'like the flesh of a little child.' Not just healed—RESTORED to youth. God doesn't just stop the decline; He REVERSES it.
I REFUSE the lie that physical decline is my destiny. IT IS WRITTEN that God desires I prosper in ALL things and be in health as my soul prospers. I am redeemed from the curse of Deuteronomy 28 (sickness, disease) and inherited the blessing (health, strength). IT IS WRITTEN that by His stripes I am healed (Isaiah 53:5)—not will be, AM. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead QUICKENS my mortal body (Romans 8:11). Instant healing is the biblical pattern—Naaman's flesh like a child, the woman's immediate flow stopped.
The Father isn't resigned to your decline—He's running toward you with resurrection power in His hands. While you're cataloging symptoms, He's already prepared the miracle that restores what age tried to steal.
