How it sounds in your head: Something happened to your child - abuse, assault, bullying, trauma - and you didn't know, didn't stop it, didn't protect them. A father's ONE job is to protect, and you failed. They carry that wound into every relationship, every decision. You were supposed to be their shield, and you weren't there. That trauma defines them because you didn't prevent it.

Their future is not defined by their past because HIS blood rewrites history.
