"I can't pursue my dreams because my body won't let me."
How it sounds in your head: You had plans—career, travel, family adventures—but your disability puts a ceiling on everything. Other women are climbing mountains and launching businesses while you're just trying to get through the day. Your dreams feel like cruel jokes your body can't cash.
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."
-- Jeremiah 29:11Enemy's limitation mindset, making physical capability the prerequisite for divine calling rather than seeing God's power perfected in weakness.
Practical barriers are REAL—buildings without ramps, jobs that require mobility, activities your body genuinely cannot do. The world isn't built for you.
Wrestled with God and walked away with a PERMANENT LIMP—disabled for the rest of his life. Did that stop God's plan? NO. He became ISRAEL, father of twelve tribes, fulfilled the Abrahamic covenant, and God's purposes flowed through him WHILE limping. His greatest identity came AFTER his disability.
I REFUSE the lie that my disability disqualifies my dreams. IT IS WRITTEN that God has plans for ME—plans for hope and a future that my body's limitations cannot derail. God's calling on my life is not contingent on physical capability. The BARAK blessing makes me the head and not the tail, ABOVE and not beneath—regardless of what my body can or cannot do. IT IS WRITTEN that I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me. My dreams are not dead; they're being fulfilled in the unique way only I can fulfill them. God's strength is perfected in my weakness, which means my limitation becomes the PLATFORM for His power.
The Father hasn't downgraded your purpose because of your disability—He's positioned you EXACTLY where you are to accomplish things others never could. He's not mourning what you can't do; He's celebrating what only YOU can do from this exact vantage point.
