THE LIE No Spiritual Authority
"I can't command demons to leave—I need an adult or pastor to do deliverance for me."

How it sounds in your head: When I sense darkness or feel oppressed, I know I need to tell a parent or youth leader who can pray the 'real' prayers. I don't have the authority or anointing to cast out demons myself. That's for trained ministers.

Not 'those who are trained' or 'those who are ordained' or 'those who are old enough.' THOSE WHO BELIEVE. The moment you believed, you received authority to use the NAME of Jesus. IT IS WRITTEN in Philippians 2:10 that 'at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth.' Demons don't check your credentials—they CHECK WHOSE NAME YOU'RE USING.

But God actually:

The Father isn't waiting for you to get ordained or grow up before you can use His Son's name—He's watching you realize that name in YOUR mouth carries the same power it carries in anyone's mouth, and He's smiling at the authority you're about to step into.
