"Healing miracles ended when the last apostle died. That was only for establishing the early church."

He's watched Christian friends die of cancer despite prayer, and pastors quoted scholars saying sign gifts ceased. The church now explains away miracles instead of expecting them, making this theological position feel safer than disappointment.
Aeneas had been paralyzed and bedridden for eight years—no hope, no mobility, complete dependence. Peter said 'Jesus Christ heals you' and IMMEDIATELY he arose, fully restored in one sentence.
I REFUSE the lie that God's healing power has an expiration date. IT IS WRITTEN: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The blood of Christ that purchased my salvation also purchased my healing. I am under the BARAK blessing—the covenant promise that protects and heals Abraham's seed. IT IS WRITTEN: by His stripes I WAS healed—past tense, finished work. My body may be 92 but my covenant is ETERNAL. The same Jesus who healed Aeneas after eight years speaks healing over me NOW.
The Father isn't waiting for church history to come full circle before He'll heal you—He's the SAME Father who RAN toward the prodigal with the robe of healing already in His hands. While religion says 'that ended,' Jesus says 'I AM the resurrection and the life'—present tense, RIGHT NOW.
