"God is disappointed in me because I keep falling into the same sin"
How it sounds in your head: I confessed this last week, last month, last year. How many times can I come back with the same failure? He must be tired of me. His patience has to run out eventually.
"Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness."

Your dad gets frustrated when you make the same mistake twice, your coach benches you for repeated errors, so why wouldn't God be the same? Every sermon about 'repentance' feels like a countdown to His limit.
Peter denied Jesus THREE TIMES after swearing he never would, and Jesus didn't shame him or put him on probation. He restored him INSTANTLY on the beach, gave him the keys to the church, and used him to preach the first sermon where 3,000 were saved.
I REFUSE the lie that God is disappointed in my repeated failures. IT IS WRITTEN that His compassions are NEW every morning—not recycled, not diminishing, but FRESH with every sunrise. My sin doesn't decrease His love because His love ISN'T based on my performance. I am not on probation with God; I am His BELOVED SON. IT IS WRITTEN that as far as the east is from the west, He has removed my transgressions. Yesterday's failure is GONE. Today I stand in the same righteousness as Jesus Himself because I am IN HIM. The BARAK blessing doesn't lift when I stumble—it CARRIED Abraham through lies, Jacob through deception, and it carries me through weakness.
The Father isn't counting your failures like a referee tracking fouls—He's running toward you with fresh mercy like the Prodigal's dad, not caring that you smell like the SAME pig pen from last week. His love has no expiration date.
