"Everyone else is physically fit and attractive while I'm overlooked and unattractive"
How it sounds in your head: Your friends are hitting PRs at the gym while you avoid mirrors. That guy gets attention everywhere and you're invisible. Social media is highlight reels of six-packs and jawlines while you're struggling with the body you were given. Everyone else seems naturally attractive and you're stuck feeling like the guy nobody notices.
"But the LORD said to Samuel, 'Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.'"

Dating apps swipe left. Instagram likes are measurable. Society rewards attractive people with attention, jobs, and relationships—the advantages are VISIBLE and REAL.
Leah was considered UNATTRACTIVE ('weak eyes'), unloved by Jacob who wanted Rachel. Yet God SAW her pain and opened her womb while Rachel was barren—divine favor for the 'unattractive.'
I REFUSE the lie that physical appearance determines my value. IT IS WRITTEN that man looks at the outward appearance but the LORD looks at the HEART—Heaven's measurement system is opposite of Instagram's. I am FEARFULLY and WONDERFULLY made (Psalm 139:14). IT IS WRITTEN in Ephesians 2:10 that I am God's MASTERPIECE—His workmanship, His design, His pride. Social media metrics don't define me. The BARAK blessing doesn't check body fat percentage. I am CHOSEN, SEEN, and LOVED by the One whose opinion eclipses all others. I am a WARRIOR whose worth is INHERENT, not earned through aesthetics.
Your Father isn't disappointed in how you look—He DESIGNED you intentionally and looks at you with the same pride an artist has for his masterpiece. He doesn't see flaws; He sees His son, wanted and cherished exactly as you are.
