"Diabetic? Taking insulin shows I don't believe God can heal my pancreas."
How it sounds in your head: I've heard of people healed of diabetes who stopped their insulin. Maybe I'm the problem—not enough faith, not praying right. Every injection reminds me I'm not walking in the healing Jesus paid for.
"If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you."
-- Exodus 15:26Religion created false opposition between medical management and faith for healing, making stewardship feel like unbelief.
You know Jesus healed everyone who came to Him, and testimonies of miraculous diabetes healing exist. Managing your condition daily feels like settling for less than God's best, like you're not truly believing.
Naaman had incurable leprosy and wanted an instant miracle. God's prescription was to dip seven times in muddy Jordan water—a natural element, a process, seeming foolish. He obeyed, and his flesh became like a child's—completely healed through God's method, not his preference.
I REFUSE the lie that managing diabetes means unbelief. IT IS WRITTEN: 'I am the LORD who heals you'—present tense, MY reality now. God healed Hezekiah through medicine and Naaman through river water. He uses natural means for supernatural ends. I am under the BARAK blessing as Abraham's seed—blessed coming in and going out, in my body and health. IT IS WRITTEN that He satisfies my years with good things. Every insulin injection is my partnership with wisdom He provided. I believe for complete healing AND steward my body faithfully. I am not compromising—I am THRIVING in His provision.
Your Father isn't withholding healing because you take insulin—He's providing insulin WHILE preparing your complete restoration. He sees you managing your health as wisdom, not doubt, celebrating every day you're alive to see grandchildren.
