"Church leaders are just using people for money and labor while living hypocritical lives."
How it sounds in your head: I gave my time, my money, my trust. The pastor drives a nicer car than me while I'm struggling. They preach generosity but live like CEOs. I was volunteered to death while they vacationed. I see the real numbers—it's a business.
"Those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed."
-- 1 Samuel 2:30Source: Trauma from witnessing actual pastoral abuse mixed with enemy's strategy to isolate you from the Body where your breakthrough lives.
You've seen actual financial impropriety or leader moral failure up close. The math didn't add up, the lifestyle didn't match the sermons, and nobody addressed it when you raised concerns.
Samuel served under Eli whose sons were stealing offerings, sleeping with women at the temple entrance, and despising God's sacrifice. God didn't tell Samuel to leave—He promoted Samuel IN that corrupt house and made him the prophet who would anoint kings.
I REFUSE the lie that hypocritical leaders disqualify me from God's house. IT IS WRITTEN that those who honor God will be honored, even when serving under corrupt leadership like Samuel did. My faithfulness is TO JESUS, not to imperfect people. IT IS WRITTEN in Hebrews 10:25 not to forsake assembling together—my breakthrough is connected to the Body, not isolated from it. I am Abraham's seed and heir according to the PROMISE. The BARAK blessing protects me even in imperfect environments. God is raising me up as a Samuel in this generation.
The Father is separating you FROM their sin while keeping you IN His purpose. He's not asking you to trust broken leaders—He's asking you to trust HIM to lead you to the family where your breakthrough is waiting.
