"Your influence is over—younger women have taken your place and voice."
How it sounds in your head: Church wants young moms on stage. Conferences book 30-somethings with Instagram followings. Your experience feels irrelevant when culture values youth and beauty. You had wisdom to offer, but who listens to older women anymore?
"The older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things—that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed."
-- Titus 2:3-5Cultural ageism and beauty worship that equates influence with youth, contradicting biblical honor for elders.
Marketing targets youth. Social media algorithms favor young faces. Church leadership is younger. Titus 2 moments feel rare when younger women scroll instead of listen.
Deborah was a prophetess and judge over ALL Israel when older—she held court, gave military strategy, and a general refused to go to battle without her. Entire nation depended on her wisdom and God's voice through her.
I REFUSE the lie that my influence is over. IT IS WRITTEN in Titus 2 that OLDER WOMEN are positioned as teachers of good things—God's design puts me in GREATER influence now, not less. Deborah judged the entire nation in her later years—generals needed her voice. IT IS WRITTEN that gray hair is a crown of glory (Proverbs 16:31). Culture may worship youth, but the Kingdom honors ELDERS. My Father has been PREPARING my voice for such a time as this. What I've walked through, survived, and learned is MY authority to speak.
Your Father isn't looking for young influencers with filters—He's looking for women who've WALKED with Him through decades, who carry PROVEN faithfulness. He's placing your voice EXACTLY where younger women are desperate for it, removing every obstacle the enemy put in your path.
