"You can't pray effectively because your occult past contaminated your spiritual connection."
How it sounds in your head: Your prayers bounce off the ceiling. God doesn't hear you like He hears others. You contaminated the connection. You tried to reach spiritual realms through the wrong channels, and now the RIGHT channel is compromised. Other people's prayers work. Yours don't. You forfeited access.
"Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh... let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith."
-- Hebrews 10:19-22Religious lie that treats relationship with God like a wifi signal that can be permanently corrupted instead of a blood-covenant sealed by the Holy Spirit.
He prays and doesn't feel anything. He watches other men pray and sees results, but his prayers seem powerless. The enemy whispers it's because he went to the WRONG spiritual source first, and now God won't listen. It feels like he's disqualified from the very thing he needs most.
The thief had NO spiritual history with God, NO prayer life, NO track record of faith—just a lifetime of crime and rebellion. His FIRST recorded prayer was, 'Lord, remember me,' and Jesus answered IMMEDIATELY: 'TODAY you will be with Me in Paradise.' One prayer. One moment. Full access. Instant answer.
I REFUSE the lie that my occult past contaminated my access to God. IT IS WRITTEN that I have BOLDNESS to enter the Holiest by the BLOOD of Jesus—not by my spiritual resume. My connection to the Father is not based on where I WENT; it's based on where I AM—IN CHRIST. The thief on the cross prayed ONE prayer with zero spiritual history and Jesus answered INSTANTLY. IT IS WRITTEN that I draw near in FULL ASSURANCE—not partial, not probationary, but FULL—because the veil was torn and access was OPENED by HIS flesh, not my performance.
The Father didn't install a contamination filter on your prayers that screens out anyone with an occult past—He opened the veil WIDE and said, 'Come BOLDLY.' Your first prayer as His child had the same access as your ten-thousandth, because access was never about you.
