"Wealth transfer is for younger generations—I'm just supposed to die with nothing."

How it sounds in your head: The wealth transfer teaching is beautiful, but it's for my kids and grandkids, not me. I'm at the end. My job is to finish well in poverty and let the next generation receive the wealth. That's just how God ordered it.

Psalm 92:12-14

"The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing."

-- Psalm 92:12-14
Enemy whispers: 'Wealth transfer is for the young—you're just supposed to die empty.' BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Psalm 92:14—'They shall still bear FRUIT in OLD AGE; they shall be fresh and FLOURISHING.' Not declining. Not emptying. FLOURISHING. BEARING FRUIT. God doesn't retire you from His promises—you're in prime position for the greatest harvest because NOTHING is impossible with Him.
Quick Truth: LIE: Wealth transfer is for the young. TRUTH: You'll still bear fruit in OLD AGE, fresh and flourishing. Psalm 92:14

Religion taught that the elderly are meant to decrease and die empty; the enemy adds false humility that makes poverty in old age seem noble.

Why this feels true:

Every sermon on wealth transfer talks about 'the next generation' and she IS the old generation. It feels presumptuous to expect wealth this late when death is so near.

Joshua 14:10-12
Caleb at 85

Caleb was 85 years old and asked for the MOUNTAIN with the GIANTS on it—the hardest conquest, not retirement. He said 'I am as strong this day as on the day Moses sent me'—and he TOOK his inheritance at 85, proving old age is PRIME TIME for promises, not decline.

Speak this out loud

I REFUSE the lie that wealth transfer is only for younger generations and I'm supposed to die empty. IT IS WRITTEN in Psalm 92:14 that I shall STILL BEAR FRUIT in old age—I shall be fresh and FLOURISHING. I am the righteousness of God in Christ, and the BARAK blessing doesn't have an expiration date. IT IS WRITTEN in Deuteronomy 28:6 that I am blessed going out—even if 'going out' means leaving this earth, I'm going out BLESSED, not broke. I receive the wealth transfer NOW, in my lifetime, for my joy and my legacy.

But God actually:

The Father isn't putting you out to pasture—He's positioning you for the most extravagant demonstration of His provision because you're closer to eternity and can't claim you earned it. He wants to send you out with OVERFLOW, not empty pockets, because He's a good Father who doesn't penny-pinch with His beloved daughters at the finish line.
