Financial breakthrough isn't a technique to master - it's a covenant I'm already in because I'm in Jesus. The BARAK blessing worked for liars, deceivers, and murderers in the Old Covenant - how much more does it work for me under the BETTER covenant sealed with Jesus' blood? IT IS WRITTEN that I'm blessed coming in and going out, and that blessing isn't based on figuring out secret steps. I'm already righteous, already blessed, already positioned for breakthrough because of what Jesus did, not what I'm doing or missing.
