"The racism I experience is just something I have to endure and accept."
How it sounds in your head: Teachers dismiss my comments but praise white kids for saying the same thing. Store security follows me. Coaches assume I'm good at certain positions. Everyone says it's getting better, but it doesn't feel better. Maybe this is just how it is.
"No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, says the Lord."
-- Isaiah 54:17Enemy's lie that injustice is God's will, confusing fallen world systems with Heaven's design and destiny for you.
You've experienced slights—some subtle, some blatant—that remind you some people see color before person. Fighting feels exhausting and futile. Accepting it feels safer than constant anger.
A Hebrew slave in racist Egypt, falsely accused and imprisoned, was elevated to second-in-command over the entire nation in ONE DAY. Pharaoh gave him authority over those who enslaved him—INSTANT reversal of every injustice.
I REFUSE the lie that racism is something I must simply endure. IT IS WRITTEN that no weapon formed against me shall prosper—racism is a weapon, and it will NOT succeed over my life. Every tongue that rises in judgment against me, I CONDEMN in Jesus' name. I am more than a conqueror, the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath. IT IS WRITTEN that the BARAK blessing makes my enemies be at peace with me. God is my defender, my vindicator, my promoter. I don't accept injustice—I walk in the authority of a son who knows his Father fights for him.
The Father sees every slight, every dismissal, every injustice—and He's keeping record not to punish you, but to VINDICATE you. He's running toward you with promotion that will silence every racist lie spoken over you.
