I REFUSE the lie that my sin creates a barrier between God and me. IT IS WRITTEN that I have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, interceding for me this very moment. My access is based on His blood, not my behavior. IT IS WRITTEN there is NO condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. The BARAK protected liars, deceivers, and murderers because it's based on covenant, not conduct. I am righteous because HE is righteous. My prayers are heard.
Your Father isn't standing at a distance waiting for you to wash off the pig smell. He's running toward you NOW, robe already in hand, interrupting your confession to celebrate your return. Your sin doesn't surprise Him or stop Him.
