"My kids see me as the one who broke our family. They'll resent me forever."
How it sounds in your head: They asked why Daddy doesn't live here anymore, and I didn't have a good answer. When they're sad, I know they blame me. They'll grow up and piece together that I'm the reason everything changed. They'll never forgive me.
"All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children."

Had to give up her son to Pharaoh's daughter, lost daily parenting, watched him grow up in another woman's house. Yet God arranged for her to nurse him, planted his identity deep, and Moses ultimately chose his people—her influence remained despite the broken situation.
I REFUSE the lie that my kids will resent me forever. IT IS WRITTEN that my children shall be taught by the LORD and GREAT shall be their peace—not 'scarred forever,' GREAT PEACE. God is parenting them WITH me, and His grace covers what I can't explain. IT IS WRITTEN that He who began a good work in them will complete it—their story is not over, and this chapter is not their end. Moses' mother lost daily parenting but her influence remained; God protected their bond. I declare my children are covered by the BARAK blessing, surrounded by God's favor, taught by His Spirit. Their hearts toward me are in God's hands, and He is faithful. They will see REDEMPTION, not just pain.
The Father isn't letting your children's hearts harden against you—He's whispering truth to them you can't speak, healing places you can't reach. He says 'I'm writing a story here that ends in reconciliation and peace, not resentment.'
