"My existence has been a financial and emotional drain on everyone around me."
How it sounds in your head: You remember the sacrifices—hand-me-down clothes, no vacations, your mother's tired face. Even now, you hesitate to ask for help or accept gifts because deep down you believe you've already taken too much from everyone your whole life.
"And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work."
-- 2 Corinthians 9:8Source: Enemy reframing normal parenting costs as personal debt, creating a poverty mindset around your own existence.
You saw the bills, heard the stress, felt the tension. Children are expensive, and you absorbed the message that YOUR cost was a burden, not an investment.
Ate the last meal during famine, barrel and jar miraculously NEVER ran empty as long as the 'burden' (Elijah and her son) remained. What looked like an additional mouth to feed became the REASON for supernatural supply—provision flowed BECAUSE of, not despite, the extra person.
I REFUSE the lie that I am a financial or emotional drain. IT IS WRITTEN that God is able to make ALL grace abound toward me, that I may have ALL sufficiency in ALL things. My existence does not deplete heaven's resources—it RELEASES them. IT IS WRITTEN that the blessing of Abraham has come upon me through Christ, and I am blessed in my storehouses. I stand in the BARAK blessing where provision is COMMANDED, not earned. I do not drain; I CARRY blessing. Every place I go, every relationship I enter, heaven's supply follows because I am a COVENANT child. I receive freely and give freely.
The Father is laughing at the economy of hell that taught you scarcity. He's saying: 'Did I not feed 5,000 with a boy's lunch? Did the oil stop flowing when Elijah arrived? You don't drain Me, daughter—you DELIGHT Me, and My resources are infinite.'
